I was directly referring to the tracks that the A & C trains travel over 24/7/365 at Hoyt-Schermerhorn Streets that also happens to be against a platform that has been out of service for decades - not the local tracks against the walls to lead directly to/from the Court Street station.This is similar to the express tracks at the 59th Street/Columbus Circle station where 24/7/365 where A & D trains have traveled over for decades - even though the center platform was out of service for decades until recent station renovation.
