Rockaway Avenue station on the Fulton Street El is closed during night hours and at all times on weekends. No. 13 trains will terminate at Eastern Parkway at these times. It is known as “Harmon Cove” and was built to serve the housing development of the same name. This station will close in August 2003 when the “Secaucus Junction” station opens.
