I know that, but I'd still rather balance the load and people have a choice of 2 west side subways from NYPS. The "1" and the "C" is a lot easier to get onto than the #6. The "C" can also be made 10 cars.Grand Central is a destination for a lot of subway passengers. Penn Station - not as much, so conflicting pedestrian flows of people getting on and getting off the subway are better at Penn Station. |
