Not for nothin’, but I have personally had experiences with station agents who seem totally clueless about what their duties actually are and I was an operating transit manager. Many rank and file employees seem to have no respect whatsoever for supervision and management and If I as a manager can’t get appropriate respect, then what chance does the fare paying passenger have? |
