Years ago before graffiti, all the middle tracks between BBC and Ocean Pky and the 2 middle tks in Ocean Pky station were used for overnight layups. The area was popularly referred to as “Brighton Bch Yard” and although there was no train dispatcher at BBC overnight, there was a yardmaster assigned there. |
