Monday I expect the lot to be full. Far more interesting; on my way there, spotted pre production new cars at a siding in the S Hayward Yard. Went last week to a book reading/siging by Mike Healy--BART's major PR guy for 32 years. Chatty book,So far, enough tiny errors to make one wonder about stuff I don't have the full details on. Reminded how many really dumb and costly decisions they made when pl;anning the system. Eleven Sept will mark 45 years since they opened the first segment. |
