If they could get hit with a fine is different than if they -would-get hit with one. I'm sure the FDNY have bigger fish to fry. Point here is if there is a regulation, it dosen't mean automatically someone will be written up. However, the bigger issue is the merchants who pay top dollar rent for space in GCT who'd scream big time at the mere hint of diesel fumes. Hell, they get hysterical if you'd just light up a cigarette. |
