We shall certainly see what comes out of a company owned by Chung-kuo.The Inky is slamming SEPTA already for going with "another unproven rail car manufacturer". And I didn't know it was for a whopping 404 cars; where do they think they're expanding to? Will they finally break down and get some "dual-power" locos from NJT too? (lol) |
