Even an hourly service can be very useful, though of course half hourly is nicer.Agreed that rail service is useful. However, it's more useful to those who don't currently have it than to those who currently have it. The point is the cost of adding new rail service to areas that currently enjoy it, diverts funds from providing rail service to areas that don't. |
