Yeh it's as subsidy. Only the US and Canada do so.So you're saying other countries don't have roads? You can't possibly be that stupid. Try buying gas in Europe. Whether gas is subsidised or not is irrelevant to this discussion. Since that discussion involves externalities, you might want to learn about basic stuff like subsidies before you go there. |
