I'd rather see money spent on restored Southern Tier service before trying to bring in cars that can't go to the present logical endpoints without spending hard to come by cash, just because we like them a little betterThat'd be a false dilemma if the private sector were permitted to handle this situation; the cash would not be so hard to come by. That said, I would like to be able to see places like Jamestown NY by rail again, even just for a brief visit. |
