A moving team is still cheaper than having a conductor on every train. That is how Phoenix does it (not sure about Denver). The guards/inspectors on both systems are ever-present too, it's impossible to complete a trip without seeing one. Compare to HBLR where I've heard rumors of ticket checkers but not seen one in years. |
