Since CTA became 100% OPTO, the RFW is similar to although a little bit better than the NYCT NTTs. The glass in the T/O’s cab door does not have the NYCT style distortion but it is tinted to cut down on glare and there is some sort of metal screening in front of the window presumably to protect the T/O. |
