Is my memory correct that the platforms each had a long flight of stairs up to the Independent?
---
Memory also says that X-167 used convertibles, probably built about 1905.
Memory says that X-161 at the same time used 1200's, cars purchased from somewhere else. The X-161 did not, I believe, go under the Independent because that subway was curving from Yankee Stadium to its route under the Concourse, which it reached north of the 161 St. car line.
