I went over to take a look yesterday. Very nice. But I also noticed that Nassau and Atlantic weren't barricaded or secured in any way. That strikes me as begging for trouble- if some kids enter and get hurt or killed, there'd be a massive lawsuit. There's also the risk of someone starting a fire, like happened at one of the Myrtle Ave El stations, in 1970, after the line was abandoned. |
