Astoria Boulevard should be turned into a second terminal. You could then have some (N) trains in rush hours run express even between there and Queensboro Plaza.Long-term, I still think the (N) should be extended to The Bronx with a new stop at 20th Avenue in Queens before going over a new rail bridge with a stop at Food Service Drive in The Bronx before going underground and connecting with the 2/5 at East 180 and (6) at Westchester/Elder Avenue, possibly to Jacobi Medical Center. |
