So, we have the anamoly of a 96th Street N labeled Q northbound and N southbound.Northbound people on the Sea Beach and 4th Avenue line are supposed to assume it will act like an N even though it is signed as a Q. It says "Sea Beach", but the TA has spent 50 years de-emphasizing BMT branch names, so people only know it only as the "N Line", but it won't make Dekalb like a real Q. Southbound SAS passengers who are supposed to get on whatever comes. What some will do is let this strange N train go - they want the Q. |
