Wondering why trains were laid up onna mainline track whereas there are 4 layup positions north of 96/2 station.Also hints why the first n/b train was an extra bout of 57/7 instead of a thru train from STL. They were able to clear the temporary layup track of a train. If they layup like this again Monday into Tuesday, lots of working people will be messed up between 6 & 7 AM.IMO. |
