Not sure it would break the golden rule. For example have the R1/9 leave 2nd avenue at 10:00 and the many metals train leave Queens Plaza at the exact same time. Than at 10:45 each leaves the opposite terminal in the other direction.It is a way to handle the crowds better than this year. |
