While I never had the privilege of meeting 'Selkoik' I enjoyed his entertaining, informative recollections of running vintage IND equipment. He seemed like a true Renaissance man, highly knowledgeable in a large variety of subjects beyond the trains and rails.And his endearing tendency of addressing everyone as "Unca". Condolences to you. May be RIP. "Stand clear of the closing doors, please." |
