There ARE already tracks switches at the #2 and #3 Wall Street station!Then I wonder, why not terminate the 2 and 3 at Wall Street and the 1 at South Ferry? That would seem so much easier and passenger-friendly, and hardly more costly than terminating the 3 at 14th and the 2 at South Ferry. |
