Lou:Thanks for clarifying what happened. We were on the run from Queens Plaza to Second Avenue when the announcement was made. The people who go year after year, and I count myself among them, appreciate the work Bill Wall and his crew do to keep the train running. I'm glad you confirmed this was the first time a holiday train was cancelled, as I never remember any issues other than a stuck door here and there. Robert |
