Posted by Dutchrailnut on Fri Dec 2 21:53:51 2016, in response to Re: William Rockefeller sues Metro-North, posted by Fisk Ave Jim on Fri Dec 2 21:44:04 2016. there won't be big payday , a jury will decide how much in percentage guilt lays at MTA or at Mr Rockefeller. then lawyer will take about 75% leaving Mr Rockefeller about what he would have earned in next few years .meanwhile he has no health insurance , no pension payments, he is not fired but MTA does not want him to work either in any kind of function, so his Limbo status got him check mate other than lawsuit. |
