Why didn't the litigation start sooner?? If he had such an ironclad case, would'nt you think it would be on the calendar by now?? Somebody got to him & fed him a line of shit about a big payday (aka MTA Lotto) & he bought it w/lawyers salivating of a big piece of the settlement pe"Mr Rockefeller should have gotten a disability, but MTA denied him one." No argument here since he was not convicted of anything, but thats a seperate issue. Thats a fight he should win |
