This has LITTLE to actually do with lower Manhattan:Chambers just happens to be the easiest spot to terminate such a (K) train that would a supplement to the (R) in Brooklyn and replace it entirely late-nights. Anyone who has complained about the lengthy delays on the (R) in Brooklyn I suspect would appreciate this (K) running on 4th Avenue. |
