That is private commercial entities.It doesn't matter. If a private entity has the right to do something that reduces home values, why shouldn't the government, which has much more power than a private entity? The homeowners in NJ angry about losing their view and/or home value: these are not the realtors that we are discussing, and anyway we need to see their success rate with their litigation before we can assess the legal implications. |
