Yes, but they are getting there now, mostly via WHB buses. At Jackson Hts, the difference in running times would only be 4 minutes to Queens Plaza. It may not be worth their while to switch to an express, especially if they are already on an M and headed through 53rd Street and want an E.Express tracks have 30 TPH, Be hard to shoe horn a RBB service amongst them. |
