Provide the MTA with $200 Billion Dollars Free & Clear - with $100 Billion To Be Used For Capital Improvements - New Lines - New Structures - New Equipment, Etc., and with the remaining $100 Billion To Help With The MTA's Debt Problems.That kind of action would provide the MTA with an immediate and years to come benefits and abilities to provide its riders with better service. |
