When the Culver initially went to using 9 Av as its full time terminal, it used both tracks and relayed on the middle N/O 9 Av. When the Culver first went single track, it used the NORTHBOUND track and, as I recall, with the modified Lo-Vs. Looking back on it, I imagine that the N/B tk was used while the S/B tk was completely overhauled for full time use at which time the S/B tk became the full time track and the N.B tk was removed. |
