They can be and have been terms from an entity, being goverment or private, stipulating what you can and can not do to or with the artifact after acquiring it. I am not privy to what TMNY terms were in this particular car.Here again I am NOT wrong. And what other times have I been wrong enough that this gets a "here again"??? Anyhow, of course such stipulations exist. But in this situation such a stipulation world be stupid. Which is my point... But surely you are privvy to the terms your museum agreed to! Care to shed some relevant light? |
