The 1k cat retirement is understandable...The 4 and 5k cars,should be retained until sufficient replacement equipment is required. Might take some time considering how they are being nickeled and dimed for funding.. A healthy rebuilding program could help...strip and strengthen car bodies to become more crashworthy... Just a thought... |
