You mean there is no security keeping unauthorized personnel out of yards where T/Os pick up trains?As for cases where a T/O picks up a train in a station, who needs a schedule for that? At end stations, the T/O puts on the brakes and walks away. The next T/O shows up a few minutes later. There must be security (and I'm not asking what that is) to keep any random person from taking hold of the train in the mean time. |
