The dual contracts actually provided for a new express station at Willy B Plaza but the PSC report I have doesn’t mention whether it was to replace Marcy or be built in addition to it. Who would pay for the new station along with relocating the Fulton St el in downtown Bkln was somehow intertwined with the third tracking of the remainder of the Fulton St el west of Nostrand and east of Hinsdale St. Never having been resolved neither the new station at Willy B plaza, nor the relocation of the Fulton St El, nor the third tracking of the remaining portions of the Fulton St el were accomplished. |
