The (C) can terminate at WTC...The (E) can then go Crosstown as proposed with the (A) taking on the local stops along Fulton. Perhaps alternate (E) trains can do Cross town and Euclid, but with the (A) still making all stops. Maybe we can even break out the old (EE) Signs for the Crosstown. : ) ROAR |
