Lightning Strike Collapses Walkway Canopy on CTA Blue Line |

Posted by Alan Follett on Sun Jul 24 22:29:34 2016 At about 7:00 PM this evening, an apparent lightning strike collapsed the canopy of the ramp leading to the east end of the Medical District station on the Blue Line. Debris is blocking one track, requiring single-tracking between Pulaski and LaSalle.
