"RR Xing sign as a yield sign"This is a good analogy. Many people simply blow off the idea of 'yield', since they've never gotten a ticket for it. That reminds me of the 'roid head I saw yesterday, stuck in traffic in a late-model Maserati. He was honking and cursing at the driver ahead of him, who was in turn waiting for the go-sign from the cop directing traffic through the intersection. Eventually the cop got tired of listing to the idiot, walked over and barked at the cretin. The jackoff shut up and got agreeable real fast. He must have figured 'uhhh, if he searches my car right now, I'm toast'. |
