But in a broader sense, do you really expect an obscure, irrelevant (to many) rule to suddenly spring to mind upon encountering the first unsignaled railroad crossing they've seen in 20 years?This whole thread seems very hypothetical. Can anyone actually point out a non-private crossing of a track carrying high speed trains that doesn't at least have a stop sign in addition to the cross bars? |
