I remember the 4000s on the Evanston Express very well; I could tell them apart from the 6000s by the sounds. I asked my aunt once if we could ride on an Evanston Express and all she said was, "It doesn't stop anywhere." Well, back then, it ran nonstop from Howard to Merchandise Mart. |
