"It’s hard to say since many posters on this topic seem to think that trains could have terminated there if it had been completed."Well, Jamaica Center wasn't designed as a terminal either, but they terminate trains there anyway, albeit with some difficulty. Actually, trains can be terminated anywhere if one doesn't care how smoothly things run. |
