Why shouldn't the R be moved to 96th st when it opens?SAS has to be from the express tracks, so it makes little sense to have the Q and R swap tracks at 42nd St for this to work. N to 96th St, Q to Queens, and R to Astoria could work except for the whole "no yard" problem for the R... |
