Excellent!I don't mind the mercury vapor lights going the way of the dodo; they were contemporary in and of themselves (part of a light renovation done to the station in 1991) and made the station look dreary as hell. It's an architectural gem but looked like crap even compared to 181st St. (which had a nice, early 2000's renovation). Can't wait to see the reno job on 181st...it's been almost seven years since the ceiling collapse and that scaffolding is STILL up, geez. |
