How do you know that? It's not mentioned in the articleYou're really obtuse, aintcha? They're a state monopoly and can do whatever they please. It's exactly like LIRR degrading Greenport service, NJT degrading the Princeton Dinky, SEPTA refusing to re-route diesel service to 30th Street as part of plans to close Reading Terminal (or perhaps more like their more-brainless abandonment of electric service to West Chester), South Shore/NICTD getting rid of service to South Bend city . . . the list is endless. |
