Today..the Only possible way this shell could be used is if its construction includes deep bore tunnels under the Lindsey Houses and directly to Utica avenue.Obviously,if this was the case,the shell shouldn't be used at all. Since most of Brooklyn,at leadt close to the surface is soil,and Not bedrock...a ETBM would be used. |
