Interesting question, I wonder if any of them would admit it if they did?I read somewhere (book, article?) that due to Moscow's housing/ apartment shortage during the 50s and 60s, couples had little or next to no private space. The train from Moscow to St. Petersberg/ Leningrad was an overnight ride. So consequently, many couples booked sleepers back and forth on the weekends. |
