The plaintiff has voluntarily dropped his lawsuit against Amtrak and the MBTA, after the judge in the case ruled that his own drunkenness and reckless behavior could be brought up by the defense at trial.The judge specifically cited the "obvious danger of the live catenary wire" in his decision. |
