I remember something like that when my mother and I rode out to Far Rockaway (actually got off at Straiton) also in the summer of 1967. I heard the Chow! at Euclid and I was like why is that happening. Then eventually we were off (I don't think we were in the first car, so I may not have seen the change of crews) |
