Many reasons why NYC is the safest city in America. The demise of the Mafia is one. Immigration is another. The immigrants in NYC, like the Chinese, Indians, Peruvians, Colombians, and Ecuadoreans don't bring the culture of crime other groups brought in the past or now bring to other places like Suffolk and Fairfax Counties. Abortion. NYC is abortion capitol of America. Make it available to segments of the population who give life to criminals, and crime reduces. |
