It is very dusty with miscellaneous debris (IIRC) and sometimes, standing water. Photos of provisions for the stairways show the steep ramps. I'm assuming that each of the five platforms have provisions for stairways. Photos were taken on a legal group visit in the early 90s. Rope was somehow fastened up the side of the ramp, to wherever it could be attached in the station shell or on the provision itself. People then accessed the platform by pulling themselves up along the rope. |
