In 1976 during the Bicentennial follies a family allowed one of the children to climb to the roof ofa boxcar for a better view (some exPRR yard in DC) the kid decided to grab the catenary for stability; Conrail ended uppaying $6million to the negligent idiots. IINM affirmed by SCOTUS.
