I'm surprised the fool didn't also sue the bar or restaurant that allowed him to get so wasted in the first place...not sure if Massachusetts has a "Dram Shop Law" like New York, but still...You're right about his lawyer though...that counselor is probably looking for a quick payday. Apparently he didn't get the memo about (drunken) stupidity around trains... |
